Affiliate Disclosure & How BabusFly Works
BabusFly is a flight meta-search and comparison platform. We believe travellers deserve full clarity on how flight options are sourced, how prices are badged, and how BabusFly earns revenue when you continue to an airline or travel provider.

1. What BabusFly Is (and What It Is Not)
Flight meta-search vs. ticket issuer
BabusFly is not an airline, online travel agency (OTA), ticket issuer, or payment processor. We do not set airfares, collect passenger passport details, charge booking fees, or process credit/debit card payments.
When you search for a route on BabusFly, our system retrieves and normalizes flight options from connected travel providers and route models, deduplicates matching itineraries, and presents them side by side so you can compare durations, stops, and prices.
2. How Affiliate Links & Partner Referrals Work
Sponsored outbound links (`rel="sponsored"`)
Using BabusFly to search and compare flight options is free for travellers. When you click “View Deal” or select an external booking provider (such as Skyscanner, Kiwi.com, Aviasales/Travelpayouts, Google Flights, or an airline portal), you are redirected to that third-party website via our outbound redirect gateway.
Some outbound links contain affiliate tracking identifiers or referral parameters (such as utm_source or partner marker codes). If you click through an affiliate link and complete an eligible purchase on the external provider's website, BabusFly may receive a referral commission or fee from that partner.
- No extra markup from BabusFly: Referral commissions are paid by the partner platform out of their marketing budget and do not add a BabusFly surcharge to your ticket.
- Objective sorting controls: When you sort search results by Cheapest or Fastest, offers are ordered strictly by displayed price or total flight duration—never by affiliate commission rate.
- Search engine compliance: Commercial outbound referral links use
rel="sponsored noopener noreferrer"attributes in accordance with search engine link qualification guidelines.
3. Price Accuracy, Data Sources & Availability
Live Fare vs. Recent Fare vs. Route Estimate
Airline seat inventory and pricing change continuously. Depending on the route and upstream API availability at the moment of your search, BabusFly badges every flight offer with its data source:
- Live Fare: Retrieved in real time from a connected partner feed during your active search session.
- Recent Fare: Retrieved from a partner's cached route index from recent traveller searches.
- Route Estimate: An indicative, distance-calibrated route benchmark shown when live upstream partner feeds are unavailable or unconfigured.
BabusFly never guarantees a displayed fare or seat availability. The final payable price, currency conversion, baggage allowance, and fare rules are always confirmed on the external airline or travel provider's checkout page before you pay.
4. Post-Booking Support & Contact
Who handles ticket changes, refunds, and baggage
Because your booking contract is formed directly with the external airline or travel provider you select, all post-booking requests—including e-ticket confirmation, seat assignments, baggage additions, schedule changes, cancellations, and refunds—must be directed to that booking provider using their booking reference (PNR).
