3. Price Variability & Indicative Fare Notice
Displayed prices may vary from final live fares. Because Babus Fly operates strictly as an informational metasearch and route estimation engine, all fares, durations, and schedules shown on Babus Fly are indicative estimates generated from open aviation route models, historical fare benchmarks, or cached external feeds.
- When you click "View Deal" and are redirected to a third-party travel website, the live price displayed on that external platform may be higher or lower than the estimate shown on Babus Fly.
- Fare differences occur due to real-time seat inventory changes, dynamic airline pricing, currency conversion rates, taxes, baggage fees, or pending commercial API synchronization.
- The final binding price and itinerary terms are always those displayed on the external booking provider's checkout page prior to payment.
4. Third-Party Websites & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

5. Disclaimer of Liability
Because ticket searches and purchases are completed on independent third-party platforms, Babus Fly has no control over external booking systems, live seat availability, or final charges, and assumes no liability for:
- Differences between indicative fares shown on Babus Fly and live fares on external booking websites.
- Airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, luggage policies, or delays.
- Refunds, payment processing errors, or customer service on ticket modifications.
All booking contracts are strictly between the traveler and the external website where the ticket purchase is completed.
